Project description:
Climateflux provided environmental analysis and design evaluation support to global real estate player Hines for their mixed-use development: aer Neuperlach. The densification project foresaw the retrofitting of an existing commercial complex and the addition of new housing units. Our services included developing and evaluating the design completion criteria surrounding microclimate performance, detailed airflow analysis, daylight and solar studies, outdoor thermal comfort evaluations, and participation in co-design workshops.
Climateflux has provided:
- Microclimatic site analysis;
- Detailed Airflow Analysis to evaluate the municipal regulations focusing on wind corridors;
- Daylight and Solar study;
- Outdoor Thermal Comfort evaluation;
