Project description:
“Too Hot – Heiße Städte, neue Wege” presents responses to the climate crisis from thirteen European cities – built projects, planning strategies and civic initiatives – at the Deutsches Architekturmuseum from June 2026 to February 2027. Climateflux contributes the Climatewalks Backpack, our portable weather station, as an exhibit. Shown alongside the data it produces, the backpack makes visible how hyperlocal microclimate evidence is actually gathered: on foot, at human height, by citizens – and how that evidence turns urban heat into something cities can measure and act upon.
